BLEND is the native token of the Fluent network, used for staking, governance, and accessing ecosystem incentives.

Fluent is the first blended execution network - a blockchain that runs EVM, WASM, and SVM smart contracts natively in a single shared execution environment. Developers can write in Solidity, Rust, or any SVM-compatible language, and their applications compose with each other without bridges or adapters.

BLEND is offered at a fixed price of $0.10 per token, representing 1% of total supply. If the sale is oversubscribed, allocations are distributed on a pro-rata basis so that every participant receives a proportional share of the available supply.

Tokens are expected to be distributed at the Token Generation Event (TGE), currently anticipated in April 2026. BLEND is expected to be fully unlocked at distribution with no vesting or lock-up.

Yes. KYC is required for all participants and is handled through Sonar.

Participation is available to US residents who qualify as accredited investors, in reliance on available private offering exemptions under applicable US securities regulations. US accredited participants are subject to a 12-month lock-up period following TGE, during which tokens may not be transferred or sold. This is consistent with standard private market practices and supports a fair and orderly market at launch.

If the sale is oversubscribed, all commitments are scaled down proportionally so that total allocations match the available supply - no participant is treated differently from another. Any funds not allocated are automatically refunded to your wallet. For example, if the sale is 2x oversubscribed, each participant receives 50% of their committed amount and the remaining 50% is refunded.

The sale proceeds regardless of whether the full allocation is subscribed. Participants receive tokens proportional to their commitment based on the final sale terms. Any unsold tokens will be allocated in accordance with the project's broader token distribution plan.
